Maine Paid Family Medical Leave PFML Reporting

• Will Tyler have any modules set up to process the Maine Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) withholdings and submission files?  Withholdings begin 1/1/25 and will be reported quarterly.

Maine Department of Labor (MDOL) published the Bulk Wage Report Specifications for reporting PFML contributions. 

• The new reporting will be accommodated in the Disability and Unemployment Report program under pending (master) work ticket MUN-498361.  
• The changes will be available in Versions 2021.12 & Higher and will be available for install before the reporting is due in April 2025.  
• We will notify you through the Maine - What's on your mind? Forum on Tyler Community with Tyler Deploy Release details when available. 
• If you are on Retired release 2021.10 or 2021.11, please note that you will need to upgrade in order to submit in April.  If you are unable to upgrade a Production environment, please note that you can alternatively complete this reporting from a refreshed non-production environment that has been upgraded.

• The Disability and Unemployment Report program is currently used to create your quarterly WAGE and WITH submissions, using the ICESA Format option.  When the changes are installed, you will see a PFML File option in the Output Option drop down on the ICESA Format screen.  To create the PFML submission file, you will select the new Output Option.  The rest of the screen should be defined the way it is when you create the WAGE file.
