Resolution
  1. Log in to Admin Center ex. https://<cityoftylertownme>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center

    1. Click Users from the left-side menu bar

      1. Search for user to give permissions to and select them

      2. Click the Groups tab

        1. Click Assign to group

          1. Select the group(s) assigned to Employee Access

          2. Click Next

          3. Click Save & Close
