Update Item Pricing to Variable

You are unable to update the unit price of a item in a replenishment order because the pricing is set to Fixed in the Items module.

• Purchase Order Change Order

• Default

• Pricing

• Replenishment

Pricing field defaults to Fixed, and the default cannot be altered. 

To update an item's pricing, complete the following steps:

1. Open the Items program (Enterprise ERP>Financials>Purchasing>Setup>Items).

2. Search the item number you would like to update.

3. Click the item number, which is now a blue hyperlink. 

4. On the Purchasing tab, update the Pricing field to Variable. 

5. Click Save.

You should now be able to update the unit price of the item on a purchase order in the Purchase Order Change Order program.
