How to process No Changes for Open Enrollment

How to process No Changes if it is a passive enrollment or if there are employees who did not make elections for Open Enrollment

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP>Human Capital Management>Human Resources>Benefits Administration>Benefits Enrollment>Enrollment Campaign Manager

  2. Search for the Open Enrollment campaign

  3. Click Enrollment Sections

  4. Click Update and flag the box for Allow No Changes (Note: you will do this step for each section you would like to copy from one year to the next)

  5. Click Accept

  6. Click the back arrow and navigate to Employee Benefit Enrollment

  7. Click Search and search by Enrollment Status 1-Not Started

  8. Click Accept

  9. Navigate to No Changes in the toolbar and click No Changes

  10. Once the informational pop-up regarding No Changes appears, click Yes

    • After selecting yes, all benefits from the previous year should copy over to the new year
