There was an apostrophe (') in one of the fields on the Quarterly 941 Define screen under Employer Info.

1. Go to Quarterly 941 Report (Payroll>Payroll Reports>Government Reports>Quarterly 941 Report).

2. Click Define.

3. Scroll down to Employer Info.

4. Remove ' from the any field it's populated in.
