Unable to create Abatements FORMS error

Description of Issue

When creating an abatement, user is able to enter Year, Category, Bill, but unable to get to Reason filed due to error:

Program stopped at 'txabtent.4gl', line number 12793

FORMS statement error number -6606.

No member function 'filterBillActivity' for class 'TaxAbatementHelper' defined.

Context

Cause

The cause of this issue seems to be related to the installation of MUN-503173

Resolution

Development is currently researching this issue as a critical defect. There is no workaround at this time.
