Employee missing from Accrual Update-Start date and Effective Date

An Employee is not coming into the Accrual Update as expected. The Effective Date defined on the Accrual Update is the first day of the pay period.

Effective Date defined on Accrual Update is before the Start Date defined in Employee Accruals.

1. Navigate to Payroll>Accrual Processing>Accrual Update.

2. Click Define.

3. Enter Effective Date that is on or after the Start Date of the Employee Accrual record.

4. Define additional parameters as needed.

5. Click Accept.

6. Click Output-Post and review proof for accuracy.

7. Return to Accrual Update screen. Prompt will show: Do you wish to apply these updates? Click Yes to post changes or No to cancel.
