Secondary Email on ReadyForms Delivery Definition Email Step

You have a primary and secondary To Email set up in a Ready Forms Delivery Definition, but the purchase order is only sent to the primary To Email.

The secondary To Email on the Email step of a delivery definition will only be used if the primary To Email field in EERP is blank. 

It can also be used for testing purposes:

• Testing Emails in non-production environment
• When to use Force Email or Force to Print in the Enterprise Forms Delivery Definition Step

If a site would like have a copy of the purchase order sent to multiple emails, they should set up an Email step for each one.
