Description of Issue

User is unable to update the W-4 verbiage in ESS.

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • EERP

  • Human Capital Management

  • Payroll

  • W-4 ESS Setup

Cause

The Active box in W-4 ESS Setup was unchecked.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to W-4 ESS Setup

    1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Income Tax Setup > W-4 ESS Setup

  2. Click Update

  3. Check the Active box

  4. Click Update
