How do you notify the creator of a REQ when it has been converted into a Purchase Order?

Cause

New to functionality 

Resolution

Select the option Notify originator when converted to PO/Contract directly on the REQ

Financials > Purchasing > Setup > Purchasing Departments

  1. Search on Purchasing Department
  2. Click Update
  3. Check off  Notify originator when converted to PO/Contract
  4. Accept
