CAFR Upgrades and Migration to ACFR

Description of Issue

Context

Cause

Site has not stayed up to date with code since CAFR was installed
Migration to ACFR from CAFR
Site requires upgrade to prepare for Implementation Training
CAFR must be at most recent code at all times to ensure GASB34 compliance standards are met
All CAFR is being upgraded to hosted ACFR by Tyler Technologies.

Resolution

Log an Online Munis Client Support Case for Service
Support will assign case to the Migration team to coordinate with the site moving forward

Additional Information

Sites are prioritized by their install type with Tyler Hosted installs being migrated first
Tyler will be emailing to our current Comprehensive Annual Financial Report statement builder clients as well as our GASB clients on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. The letter and the attached external FAQ will be posted Tyler Community. These communications cover the details of the new ACFR product, the need to move off of the old Silverlight product, as well as the process clients need to follow to migrate them. Please note that a link to external FAQ on Tyler Community will be added to the letter next Tuesday before the email is sent. The FAQ will be updated on Tyler Community as new questions arise.
