File Transfer - Get Unassigned Files option is missing

A user is unable to see the 'Get Unassigned Files' option when downloading spool files in the File Transfer program.

Spool File Maintenance Access set to F-Full, which hides this option to eliminate the redundancy.

If you have Full access to the Spool Directory, you can already see all of the files without the Get Unassigned Files option.
