Location Code does not save when changed from the default when creating facility work orders

Defect

Install work ticket MUN-387015 once it has been released

Workaround:

1. Click Accept to save record (even though location code is incorrect)
2. Click Update
3. Change Work Location Code to desired code
4. Click Accept to save correct code
