Downtime hours are not cleared out when adding a new work order

Downtime hours from prior work order were not automatically cleared out when new work order was created

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version:

• 2019.1.22.0 - MUN-376869
• 2020.1.0.0 - MUN-406129
• 2020.2.0.0 - MUN-406130
• 2020.3.0.0 - MUN-406131
• 2021.1.0.0 - MUN-406132
• 2021.2.0.0 - MUN-406133

Workaround:  Remove downtime hours before work order is saved
