Abatements show as Partially Reversed

When looking in the History tab in Bill Inquiry and clicking on an Abatement line that should have been reversed, Adjustment Inquiry shows the Abatement as Partially Reversed and the Bill amounts are incorrect.

• Abatement Entry (txabtent)

Support has discovered a defect that allows Abatement Reversals to be updated prior to posting.  Updating these records causes the abatement being reversed to occasionally show as Partially Reversed in Adjustment Inquiry and the abatement cannot be fully reversed.

Development is investigating the resolution to this issue.
