NYSLRS - No report definitions have been included

Received the following error when selecting Generate option in NYSLRS:

No Report definitions have been included.  Please select a report definition to process

• Payroll

• New York

• NYSLRS Report

An Include option had not been selected to choose a Shared Report Definition to Generate with

Select Define and click the Include? option for the Shared Report Definition you want to include in processing
