Unable to find Positive Pay file

Description of Issue

End user processed positive pay file, but unable to find it in spool

Context

Munis, 2018.1 and newer

Cause

The positive pay no longer saves to the spool file in newer versions of Munis; it is now located within the Export Directory

Resolution

Locate the file through System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > File Transfer > Export Directory

Munis System permission needed: Spool file maintenance access = Full
