EERP Deployment Fails on Step Install CMD Dir

Update failed on the step Install CMD Dir with the following errors:

The step failed: Activity Install CMD Dir on xxxx failed with error 'The remote script failed with exit code 1'.

ObjectNotFound: The term 'e:\cmd\Octopus.FunctionAppenderContext.ps1' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

1. Log into server listed in the deployment failure
2. Restart Tyler Deploy Services
3. Run another deployment with Force Redeployment checked off
