How do we add a state code for the Republic of Palau (PW)?



Context

  • State Codes

  • Payroll



Cause

State Code is not entered



Resolution
  1. Open the State Codes program (Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Income Tax Setup > State Codes)

  2. Click Add

  3. Define the State Code you wish to populate (such as TX, CA, ME, OH, NC, etc.)

  4. Enter the Description, Tax Table Code and State ID #1

  5. Click Accept
