Please review the below information on creating Employee Notifications using Salary Projections

  1. Go to Projection Start and Status (Enterprise ERP> Financials> Budget Processing> Salary and Benefits Projections> Projection Start and Status).

  2. Click Add

  3. Fill in Run and Description Field

  4. Make the Start Date and End Date the current date

  5. In the Change Category field, any option can be selected

  6. Click Accept

  7. Select LIVE for the New Projection Source field

  8. Click on Employee Master Criteria 

    1. You can use these fields to narrow down or pull every employee in

    2. Click Change in the Ribbon Toolbar

  9. Select Employee Job/Salary from the Projection Start/Status Window

    1. Click Yes in the prompt.

    2. Search for pay records to change the effective date on

  10. Select Global Update

  11. Define the Effective Date with the current date

  12. Click Accept

 Once that is set up go to Employee Notifications (Enterprise ERP> Human Capital Management> Human Resources> Employee Job/Pay Classification> Employee Notifications)

  1. Click Generate

  2. Locate the Generate Screen for the Template that is currently being used

  3. Select Update 

    1. Update the Data Source to Projection 

    2. Select the Projection Run that was just created

  4. Then choose between updating existing notifications or forcing new notifications
