Tyler Cashiering Deployment Fails to Verify .NET Hosting

Description of Issue

The Cashiering deployment failing to verify prerequisites even though they are listed on the server. 

Tyler Deploy says .NET Hosting Bundles are missing when they are listed in Control Panel.

Cause

This is likely due to a faulty installation of the .NET Hosting Bundle 

Resolution
  1. Connect to the server identified in Infrastructure Management with missing prerequisites

  2. Open Control Panel on the server and find .NET 8 Hosting Bundles 

    1. right click > Uninstall

  3. Stop IIS by running the below script in an administrative Command Prompt 

    Stop IIS

    iisrestart \stop
  4. Go back to Tyler Deploy > Infrastructure Management > Server and install the Prerequisites from there

  5. Return to the server and open an administrative Command Prompt again

    • Enter iisrestart 

  6. Make sure that the programs have installed successfully in Control Panel

  7. Attempt to redeploy Cashiering
