Sub account not pulling from teacher





Description of Issue

The sub's account in time entry should be pulling from the teacher



Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Payroll Processing

  • Payroll Control Settings

  • Time Entry

Cause

The payroll control setting SUBSTITUTE PAY GL ACCOUNT was not set up with a value of T.



Resolution

  1. Go to Payroll Control Settings (Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Control Settings)

  2. Look for category Time Entry and control setting label SUBSTITUTE PAY GL ACCOUNT

  3. Double click on the payroll control setting

  4. Hit Update and change the value to T - From Teacher Pay

  5. Click Accept
