Unable to Output Post Accrual Update

Description of Issue

I ran the Accrual Update but it wont let me output post. 

I get "No data available. The "Define" option was not used or it returned no data." when trying to output post the Accrual Update

Context
  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Payroll Start and Status 

  • Employee Update

  • Accrual Update

  • Employee Accruals

Cause

Output option was used instead of Output Post

Resolution

Once an output option is selected like Output, PDF, Excel ect, the Define Skittle will need to be used again. 

  1. Navigate to Accrual Update (Human Capital Management > Payroll >Accrual Processing > Accrual Update)

  2. Click Define

  3. Define the applicable information

  4. Click Accept

  5. Click Output Post

  6. Select the applicable output option

  7. Click the tab to go back into the Accrual Update Program

  8. If the output is correct Select Yes to the following prompt "Do you wish to apply these updates?"
