AR Code restrictions not preventing access to GB invoices

GB invoices can be accessed and modified by users that are restricted from accessing the AR Code on the invoice.

Role security is being violated in GB Invoice Entry and Proof by users with restricted AR Code access.

Development has determined that this is a defect that will be corrected under MUN-495298. Users should not be able to find or modify GB invoices matching AR Codes they are restricted from.
