Navigate to: EERP > Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Abatements Processing > Abatement Entry
Select/add the desired batch
1. If batch was created prior, select Resume
Enter the desired abatement details. At a minimum, the Year, Category, Bill number and Reason must be entered/selected.
1. Once entered, Tab through to the charges screen.
Enter the desired abatement amount to the corresponding charge. Make sure a - is applied to the beginning of the amount (ie. -50).
TAB again to allocate to the installments section (this section DOES auto-update a negative onto the amounts entered).
