How to download a ReadyForms Template of a current form template. 

Exporting ReadyForms Templates as a .zip file

ReadyForms Template of existing form template is needed in a .zip file format to provide to support for various reasons, such as a form modification request in the Request for Service process.

1. Navigate to Tyler Menu > ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration 
2. Select the form from the left-hand menu for the intended form that needs to be exported 
3. With the template selected, click the download button in the top right that looks like an arrow pointing down into a tray. This will download the full form files as a .zip folder

Zip files of templates are needed when requesting custom modifications to custom ReadyForms templates or when converting a standard template to a custom template via the Request for Service process.

If unable to download the template, it could be due to ReadyForms permissions.

If using ReadyForms with Munis v11.3, the ReadyForms Administration page will be a separate URL and is not navigable from the Munis Tyler Menu.
