Description of Issue

Timeclock will not update or new employees cannot be added to the timeclock due to the drive space being full

Critical Error shown on TouchTime clock shows near the bottom in black font:

An error occurred while loading the Emulator, please contact customer support

Cause

Drive space is full due to windows failing to clean up windows updates.

Resolution

NOTE: TouchTime 3 clocks are End of Life as of October 2026 - Time Clocks End of Life

The clock must be sent in for an RMA to be reimaged - Create Clock RMA Case
