Description of Issue

Why is Support telling me I am multiple quarterly releases behind when we have automatic updates scheduled?

Cause

Automatic Updates only install cumulative updates (fixes.) Quarterly releases (enhancements and new features) need to be installed in the moment or scheduled as a one off within Tyler Deploy.
