The description of the links on the Content Manger launch page periodically get reworded or reorganized. If the TWAIN driver installed on the workstation is a 32-bit driver, and the 64-bit Content Manager client is launched and logged into it will cause issues with scanning. |

When logging into the Full Client, make sure to chose the 32-bit or 64-bit launch link that matches the TWAIN scanner driver that has been installed on your workstation. To determine which driver is installed:
