Description of Issue

I am getting an error when open Payroll Audit Options:

Munis (praudopt)

No Access permission for user: john.smith

System log Id: 123456

Context
  • Enterprise ERP
  • Payroll
  • Payroll Audit Options
Cause

Superuser setting set to No in the user's HR Management/Payroll Role permissions

Resolution

Need to update the user's role

  1. Open the Roles screen (System Administration > Security > Roles)
  2. Search for the user's Role
  3. Click HR Management / Payroll
  4. Click Update
  5. Select Yes for Payroll superuser
  6. Click Accept
