Description of Issue

How much time should I schedule for Munis being off-line after Cut-to-Live is complete?

Context
  • Munis
  • Upgrade
  • Cut-to-Live (CTL)
Cause

Needs to know how much time to schedule for their Production environment being off-line after Cut-to-Live.

Resolution
  • We recommend adding sufficient time to test all mission-critical functionality including integrations and 3rd-party hardware (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.)
Additional Information
  • On day-off Cut-to-Live expect your Munis system to be off-line for a minimum of 4-6 hours
  • Weekend Cut-to-Lives are available on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis
  • Factor in extra day of work to complete all upgrades to integrated Tyler solutions or 3rd-party add-ons
  • Consult with your Tyler Deployment contact to discuss specifics
  • Please review our article on Munis Upgrade Options
