  • Set up chart of accounts
  • Fund 
  • Organization code
  • Accounts
Cause

Resolution

When creating a new Fund these steps would be followed:

  1. Create a new Fund How to create a new Fund
  2. Create the new Organization codes Create a new organization code 
  3. Create the new Object codes (only if needed)_ Create a new object code 
  4. Create the new accounts Account Master - Add new GL Account 
  5. Create DTDF Due to Due from records (if needed) Set up Due To Due From for new fund
