How to setup and process 2024 Year End Tax via Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms)

For the 2024 Year End Tax season we are moving to using Enterprise Forms (Ready Forms) only for Forms processing. This change will make it easier for sites to consume and easier for our support teams to support.

Configuration steps:

1. Make sure Enterprise ERP (Munis) is on the correct code: https://tylercommunity.tylertech.com/enterprise-erp/w/year-end-tax-processing-w2---1099---aca/22272/2024-year-end-code-release-matrix
2. Update ReadyForms version to latest version available. This is normally completed by site IT. If site is hosted by SaaS, further assistance needed, please create a case with SaaS support team.
   1. 2024 Year End Tax Templates (Forms) are pre-installed once ReadyForms version update is completed.
   2. 2024 Year End Tax package was released on ReadyForms version 2024.3.0, but we recommend to always install the latest version which is currently 2024.3.1: Update Enterprise Forms version via TylerDeploy
3. If Site purchased pressure seal stock, a change to the Template layout will be necessary. Please make sure your site has access to Enterprise Forms Administration.
   1. Enterprise Forms Administration can be accessed via TylerMenu > Forms > Enterprise Forms Administration or via the URL.
      1. You can find the URL in TylerDeploy under the Site Report section.
   2. Site IT can access Enterprise Forms using one of the Enterrise ERP admin accounts.
      1. Credentials to log in with these accounts can be found on the Site Report provided by Deployment Engineers or TSM.
      2. If no user accounts have access, please create a new case with TSM support.
      3. Any account that has access, can give other users access, please follow instructions on this article: Account cannot access Enterprise Forms Administration
4. Add physical printer: How to create an Enterprise Forms Printer Definition
5. Create the RF Delivery Definition and Steps: Print, Email and Archive.

6. Process the Tax form. Please create a case with EERP support team for assistance with processing the forms.

Stock:

• Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) solution is only compatible with Blank stock. 
  • Pre-Printed stock is only used to print directly from Enterprise ERP (Munis) to a local printer.
