ReadyForms users need to have System Administration access granted manually by the Security Admin user.  User reporting access restriction may not have had those permissions set and doesn't know which account was set as the ReadyForms Security Admin user.

Locate You can locate the Security Admin user account via Tyler Deploy.

From the Home page in Tyler Deploy:

Click the hamburger button in the top left, then 

Option 1:

  1. Log into Tyler Deploy
  2. Navigate to Site Report
  3. Select applicable environment from dropdown
  4. Scroll down to ReadyForms
  5. Locate Security Admin Email Address

Option 2:

  1. In Tyler Deploy, navigate to Product Configurations, then ReadyForms
  2. Choose the appropriate environment from dropdown (e.g. Prod, Train, Test)
  3. Expand ReadyForms section
  4. Locate the the Security Admin Email Address field.   field  
    1. The email address in this field belongs to the user who has ReadyForms System Administration access.
