Description of Issue

How can we make it so a user cannot see Social Security Numbers in the History Inquiry Program?

Cause

Role was set to Update / Delete in Category Access for Employee Detail History 

Resolution
  1. From Enterprise ERP Menu to go User Attributes. (System Administration > Security > User Attributes).
  2. Click Search.  Enter User Id or Name. Click Accept.
  3. Click on the Role giving Payroll Access on the Roles tab.
  4. Click Edit Role .
  5. Under HR / Payroll Click HR Management / Payroll. 
  6. Click Update. 
  7. In the Employee Master Column, click the dropdown field next to Employee Detail History.
  8. Select Hide SSN (Inquiry). 
  9. Click Accept.
