How can we make it so a user cannot see Social Security Numbers in the History Inquiry Program?

Cause
Role was set to Update / Delete in Category Access for Employee Detail History
Resolution
- From Enterprise ERP Menu to go User Attributes. (System Administration > Security > User Attributes).
- Click Search. Enter User Id or Name. Click Accept.
- Click on the Role giving Payroll Access on the Roles tab.
- Click Edit Role .
- Under HR / Payroll Click HR Management / Payroll.
- Click Update.
- In the Employee Master Column, click the dropdown field next to Employee Detail History.
- Select Hide SSN (Inquiry).
- Click Accept.
