Use Project Accounting is unchecked and PL settings have not been populated.

An Unexpected error occurs in Project Central if the General Ledger Settings option of Use project accounting is not selected or if Project Settings program has not been populated.

• Confirm your site has purchased the Project/Grant Accounting module, which is designed for using project strings.
• The General Ledger Settings option Use project accounting can only be turned on by Munis General Ledger Support or Implementation. 

The General Ledger Setting of Use project accounting should only be turned on by support or implementation.
