Cause
- Sending automatic emails to streamline applicant hiring process
Resolution
- In order to setup automatic emails to send to applicants, you will need to review several programs in Munis including Recruiting Settings, Recruiting Emails, and Job Openings
- To review Recruiting Settings navigate to the program
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings
- Click Pending Applicant Status Changes
- This is general settings for automatic emails to occur when applicant status change
- To review Job Openings navigate to the program
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Job Openings
- Select Search and locate the record you wish to assign automatic steps
- Click the tab Automatic Status Updates tab
- This is a specific setup for automatic emails to occur based on this specific Job Opening record
- To review Recruiting Emails
- Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Emails
- Select the Process you wish to review
