Asset Mobile
Inventory Mobile

Cause

Service link was not valid

Resolution

Verify the service link is correct

Service link should be WSDL base URL with the handler at the end of the base url
For example - if troubleshooting Inventory Mobile: https://erp2100.tylerdemo.net/prod/munis/gas/svc/ws/r/mugws/inwshdlr
