Support needs .txt file of XML from Batch Manager for further troubleshooting

Cause

Informational

Resolution
  1. In EPL, navigate to Integration Settings > Tyler Financial > Default Tyler Financial Integration 
  2. Click Batch Manager
  3. Click Batch Preview
  4. the batch XML will be viewable in new window
  5. Copy and paste XML into .txt file 
  6. Save .txt file
  7. Attach XML to case for Munis General Billing Support to review
