- Deployment
- Submitting and Retrieving Documents to TCM from Tyler Hub
- TCM
- Read Only Permissions
The affected user is part of restrictive groups that give Read-Only access
Exploration of the Groups that the affected user is a member of within TCM Security Manager can reveal what groups are restricting document access to Read-Only. Removing the affected user from these groups and making sure they are part of the correct administrative groups should restore the ability to submit and retrieve docs.
Munis should be a part of MU_ACCESS_FULL or MU_ACCESS_STANDARD. If the affected user is a member of any read-only groups, that access will supersede the access less restrictive groups would provide.
- Log into TCM full client with admin access
- in the bottom left click on Administration
- in the top left click on Security Manager
- Find The affected user in the Users List and Double click
- At the bottom of Munis' profile window, Munis is part of Selected Groups
- Verify the user is not in any Read Only Groups, and the user is part of MU_ACCESS_FULL or MU_ACCESS_STANDARD
- After removing user membership of any restrictive or read-only groups, retry submitting and recieving documents with TCM from Tyler Hub
