Description of Issue

When trying to access Tyler HUB an error message populates stating Bad Request - Request Too Long. The size of the request headers is too long.

Cause

HTTP 400 errors are generally local cache issues due to corrupted cached pages whereas HTTP 500 errors are generally related to server errors on the hosting side. 

Resolution
  1. Open Google Chrome and press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
    1. Advanced
      1. Time range: select All time
      2. Check all options except Passwords and other sign-in data in popup window
      3. Clear data
