Description of Issue
In Month End Manager, open journals showing before closing the month still show after closing the month.

Cause
Web browser cache can interfere with Munis processes.
Resolution
- Open Month End Manager with a different web browser or clear your browser cache and re-open Month End Manager, then try closing the month again.
- Check with your site's IT or System Administrator if assistance is needing clearing the cache.
