Cannot Change the Year in Update Paid Parcels

Cannot change or enter the year in the Update Paid Parcels program. 

• Property Tax Billing 
• Tax Titles 
• Liens 
• Update Paid Parcels (ttupddp)

The year is dictated by the Title or Lien Settings program. 

1. Close the Update Paid Parcels Program. Update the title or lien year in the Title or Lien Settings program by following the instructions for each below: 
   1. Change or Update the Current Title Year
   2. Change or Update the Current Lien Year
2. Re-open the Update Paid Parcels program. The year should now reflect the updated title or lien year. 

• Titles or Liens can also be updated to reflect payment one by one without changing the title or lien year by following the instructions for each below: 
  • Add a Hold or Remove Code to a Lien
  • Add a Hold or Remove Code to a Title
