How to import yearly employee accumulators

I need to add in yearly accumulators for COVID wages for a lot of employees. Is there an import I can use for this?

1. Create the Excel import file and save. 
   1. If in version 11.3 the file must be saved as a .CSV file. 
2. Create the Custom Template (Version 2018.1 and higher) or Form Definition (11.3) to match the Import file fields.
   1. See links in Additional Information for further information.
3. Go to Employee Accumulators (Payroll>Payroll Administration>Employee Accumulators)
4. Click Import in the toolbar. 
5. Click Define.
6. Next to the File field, select the browse option to locate the saved excel file.
7. Next to the Form field, click the drop down arrow to select the created Custom Template or Form Definition. 
8. Define applicable Year, Type and Pay/Deduction. 
   1. If in version 11.3 define the , in the delimiter field. 
9. Click Accept. 
10. Select preferred output option. Click Ok.
11. Review Proof report carefully before posting.

• Please note cannot update existing accumulators through the import.  Existing accumulators can only be updated manually.
