Description of Issue
When Work Orders data access permissions are set to None for Maintenance access by requesting department, but Full for everything else, the dropdown for Requesting Department in Work Order Quick Entry is blank

Workaround: Use Work Order Management, Field Work, or the Field Sheet app to create work orders
