Table Validation has error 'Reserved Budget Amounts Exist'

• This test verifies that no budget amounts are stored in Account Master, on the CY Monthly Amounts tab for period 13
• Any accounts containing budget amounts in period 13 will be listed on the report
  • Contact or Purchase Order Settings for Decrease CFWD Budget with decrease or cancel in period 13 could have this result
• Any accounts for which monthly or quarterly budget amounts had been allocated to period 13 need to be reallocated to other periods before closing the current fiscal year
  • Budget Settings Reserved Budget & Monthly Budget Amount Reserve can place budget into period 13

• Release any reserved Monthly Budget Amounts in period 13
• Budget Transfer and Amendments cannot be used for period 13 transactions
