Description of Issue

189 workflow error received after hitting Post on an Inventory transaction:  189 Workflow Error - Wfnxtpe3 - The Munis data record represented by this workflow record no longer exists:

Inventory Management

Cause

Error is received when the transaction will result in the item's quantity on hand (QOH) falling below its reorder point.

Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version:

  • 11.3.19.0:  MUN-364021
  • 11.3.20.0:  MUN-357405

Workaround:  Update the Issue reorder point on the item to zero before posting the transaction.
