Duplicate 1095-Cs in ESS

There are two 1095-Cs listed in ESS for each person.

• Employee Self Service
• ESS
• Enterprise ERP
• EERP
• ACA Command Center
• Content Manager Full Client
• TCM

Site re-printed 1095-Cs and two copies were archived to TCM.

The duplicate documents must be removed from TCM in one of two ways -

1. The Purge process eliminates any trace of the attachment as if they never existed in the first place. Which is the auditors preference.
   1. Running the system.cm.PurgeDocuments Job will purge all documents that were marked to be purged 
   2. How to use the Document Purge Utility to purge a large volume of attachments from the CM Full Client
2. The Document Search delete process makes it so users cannot view them anymore, but puts them in a state where they can be restored.
