Description of Issue

Create new Template with different configurations.

Context
  • ReadyForms
  • Enterprise Forms
  • Template
  • Munis
  • Copy Template
  • Duplicate Template
Cause

Need to maintain current template configuration and add new one for different situations.

Resolution
  1. Log in to Munis then go to Tyler Menu>Forms>Enterprise Administration.
    1. ReadyForms can also be launched by using the ReadyForms URL provided on the site report
  2. On the side menu, select the program and type of Template you wish to change
  3. On the right side of the screen, place the mouse over the Template then click on Duplicate
    1. Template with Output Type set to PDF is normally used with Email, Archive, Save and Download Steps
    2. Template with Output Type set to PCL is normally used with Print Step
  4. Type a new name then click Copy
